The Allstate 400-Serious CD Card cover

2005 Allstate 400 at the Brickyard ticket holders soon will receive a collectible CD card that will drive them to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway's official Web site for easy and entertaining ticket renewal for next year's 13th Allstate 400 at the Brickyard.

Ticket holders for the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race at IMS, who saw Tony Stewart fulfill a lifelong dream of winning at IMS in a thrilling duel with Kasey Kahne on Aug. 7, will receive an interactive Allstate 400 at the Brickyard collectible CD filled with Allstate 400 at the Brickyard history and photographs.

As an added bonus, ticket holders who renew online by Monday, Aug. 22 will receive a free 30-day trial membership in the Official NASCAR Members Club. Membership benefits include a weekly e-newsletter, access to a members-only section of the Members Club Web site, pre- and post-race reports from your favorite driver and information on local Members Club chapter meetings.

The CD is produced by Serious USA, Inc. the worldwide publishers of CD and DVD Cardz™. This interactive and rectangular postcard ROM (Win/Mac compatible) acts as a historic gift to current account holders and an invitation, as the CD artwork states, "To Keep Your Seat Warm for the 2006 Allstate 400 at the Brickyard" through its ability to connect the user to online reservations for next year's event.

The Speedway is offering the collectible CD to Allstate 400 at the Brickyard fans due in part to the warm reception that Indianapolis 500-Mile Race fans gave to the Serious CD mailed to them in late May.

"The Indy 500 CD Postcard was a resounding success in terms of generating ticket renewals for the 90th running of the Indianapolis 500," said Terry Angstadt, vice president of Indianapolis Motor Speedway marketing. "The positive feedback we received from fans, in terms of the ease of renewal and their appreciation for entertaining, interactive content of the CD, made the decision on whether to create the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard collectible CD an easy one."

Shaped like a traditional trading card, the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard collectible CD is packed with IMS track facts, Allstate 400 at the Brickyard trivia, video clips, photos and profiles of past winners of the prestigious race.

The usage of the CD is also completely trackable, allowing IMS to calculate the consumer awareness generated by this promotional campaign.
